204. Every Municipal Court in the territory of the Community shall have jurisdiction to hear any suit for the infringement of this act and the by-laws of the Community and any Municipal Court of the territory of the Commission de transport de la Communauté urbaine de Montréal shall have jurisdiction to hear any violation of the by-laws of such Commission, but the complaint, in so far as possible, must be brought before the Municipal Court of the domicile or of the place of business of the interested party.
