196. The director shall also:
(a)  submit to the Security Council, at such times as it may fix but at least every other month, a report of its operations and expenses, in the form and on the terms and conditions determined by the Security Council;
(b)  supply the Security Council with any information necessary for the discharge of its functions;
(c)  submit to the Minister of Justice every detailed report on conditions that are disturbing to order, peace and public safety, or on the crime situation.
