112. The secretary-general, the secretary, the treasurer and the valuation commissioner may in performing their duties administer the same oath and receive the same solemn affirmation as a commissioner appointed under section 214 of the Courts of Justice Act (chapter T-16).
The secretary-general, the assistant secretary-general, the department heads and their assistants and the secretary of the Public Security Council may administer the oath or receive the solemn affirmation provided for in the Public Officers Act (chapter E-6) with respect to persons holding an office, charge or employment within the Community.
