311. (Repealed).
311. As long as any municipality is subject to the control of the Commission municipale du Québec under Division VI, VII or VIII of the Act respecting the Commission municipale (chapter C-35), sections 8 to 17 and section 42 shall not apply to such municipality as regards the appointment of its delegates; in such case, the Minister shall appoint and replace such delegates without its being necessary that they be members of the council of such municipality.
