176. (Repealed).

176. If the chairman is temporarily absent or temporarily unable to act, the Government shall designate another member to temporarily exercise the functions of the chairman.
If the chairman or another member of the Security Council is dismissed, dies, resigns or becomes permanently unable to act, he shall be replaced in the manner provided in section 165 or 167, as the case may be.
