3. (Repealed).
1971, c. 7, s. 3; 1977, c. 11, s. 132; 1979, c. 57, s. 42.
3. The chairman of the Commission shall remain in office as long as he is director general of elections; the term of office of the other members shall be ten years.
Notwithstanding the expiry of their term, the members of the Commission shall remain in office until reappointed or replaced.
