6. The Commission shall sit in divisions.
The divisions are the following:
(1)  the social aid and allowances division;
(2)  the mental patients protection division;
(3)  the health services and social services division;
(4)  the pension plan division;
(5)  the rescuers and crime victims compensation division;
(6)  the automobile insurance division.
