36. The Prime Minister or any other minister designated by the Government is responsible for the administration of this Act.
The Minister responsible for the Capitale-Nationale region is responsible for the administration of this Act. Order in Council 1665-2022 dated 20 October 2022, (2022) 154 G.O. 2 (French), 6525.
