C-33.1 - Act respecting the national capital commission

Disposition versions
30. Every employee of the Commission who, upon being appointed to the Commission, was a public servant with permanent tenure may apply for a transfer to a position in the public service or enter a promotion selection process for such a position in accordance with the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1).
Section 35 of the said Act applies to any employee referred to in the first paragraph who enters a promotion selection process for a position in the public service.
30. Every employee of the Commission who, upon being appointed to the Commission, was a public servant with permanent tenure may apply for a transfer to a position in the public service or enter a promotion-only qualification process for such a position in accordance with the Public Service Act (chapter F-3.1.1).
Section 35 of the said Act applies to any employee referred to in the first paragraph who enters a promotion-only qualification process for a position in the public service.
