772. No municipal corporation shall be responsible for any accident or damages occasioned by the breaking of the ice on any road laid out and maintained by it on lac Saint-Jean and on lac Témiscamingue.
This article shall apply also to all the winter roads established over all the rivers and lakes between the county of Pontiac and the Province of Ontario.
