707. The funds accumulated in a retirement pension fund established and maintained by a corporation and standing to the credit of an officer or employee who becomes an employee of another municipal corporation which has established such a fund are transferable on the application of such officer or employee on the conditions fixed by the Régie des rentes du Québec. The fringe benefits standing to the credit of such officer or employee are also transferable on the mere application of the latter.
The fringe benefits contemplated in the preceding paragraph include the benefits accumulated in a caisse, a scheme or a fund administered by the employer, by the employer and the employees or by a third person on behalf of the municipal officers and employees.
