667. Every application under article 666 must, before being filed with the council, be approved by the members of the association at a general meeting specially convened for that purpose.

667. The application is filed with the council, which shall order a consultation of the members who have paid the exigible part of their assessment, if any, in accordance with the modalities it may establish by by-law. The modalities must be consistent with those provided in articles 637 to 646.
