652. The council may, by by-law, adopt provisions respecting the formalities of application to form an association, its composition, the responsibilities of the general meeting of members and of the board of directors, respectively, and any matter related to its organization, operation and dissolution.
Any by-law passed under the first paragraph must be approved by the enterprise registrar.

The council may, by by-law, adopt provisions respecting the formalities of application to form an association, its composition, the responsibilities of the general meeting of members and of the board of directors, respectively, and any matter related to its organization, operation and dissolution. The dissolution by-law must provide that dissolution may be decided only by a simple majority of the votes taken.
Any by-law passed under the first paragraph must be approved by the Inspector General of Financial Institutions.
