607. Within 15 days of the passing of the by-law, the secretary of the management board must send a copy of it to each corporation whose territory is subject to the jurisdiction of the management board.
The council of each corporation must, at the first regular sitting after receiving the copy, approve or reject the by-law by resolution; the secretary-treasurer sends a copy of the resolution to the secretary of the management board.
