560. If the corporation, or the company, person or firm of persons in the rights of the corporation, cannot agree with the owners or occupants of the lands upon the amount of the indemnity contemplated by paragraphs 10, 11 and 12 of article 557, the expropriation is proceeded with in the manner indicated in this Code.
