156. The notice of convocation of a special sitting of the council, as well as the notice of adjournment in the case mentioned in article 155, must be given to each member of the council at least 10 days before the date fixed for the sitting, or the resumption of the adjourned sitting, if it relates to the county council, and at least two days before the day fixed, if it relates to the local council.
That notice shall be served or sent by registered or certified mail.
