1011. The council may, by by-law, adopt a revitalization program for the part of the territory of the municipality designated as its “central sector” pursuant to a special planning program. It may, on the conditions it determines, order that the municipality grant a subsidy for work consistent with the revitalization program. In no case may the amount of the subsidy exceed the actual cost of the work.

1011. A local corporation may, by by-law, on the conditions it determines and in that part of its territory that is designated as its “central sector” under a special planning program, grant a subsidy for the construction, reconstruction, renovation, conversion, restoration, enlargement, relocation, removal, development, re-development or demolition of any immovable property, or for alterations in the connection of electric power lines and accessories. The amount of the subsidies may in no case exceed the actual cost of the work.

1011. Articles 1008 to 1010 apply notwithstanding the Municipal Aid Prohibition Act (chapter I-15).
