101. The municipal corporation may, in the by-law contemplated in article 99, order that article 97 apply, mutatis mutandis, to the sum fixed by the by-law, for any municipal fiscal period from the first period commencing after the coming into force of the by-law, for as long as the by-law remains in effect.
