1003. Where, pursuant to the Act respecting municipal taxation (chapter F-2.1), a local corporation has a right to require the payment of a tax or tax supplement for a previous fiscal period, the amount of such tax or supplement is entered on the collection roll in the fiscal period for which the corporation requires that payment.
