991. Compulsory execution of judgments rendered on small claims is effected pursuant to Title II of Book IV, subject to the provisions of this Book.

991. Subject to the second paragraph of article 990, condemnation to costs cannot exceed the amount of the costs established in accordance with articles 989 and 989.1, and the amount of the costs of witnesses and experts established in accordance with article 990.
