941. There shall be three arbitrators. Each party shall appoint one arbitrator, and the two so appointed shall appoint the third.

941. The submission must be set forth in writing; it must contain the names and capacities of the parties, appoint one or three arbitrators and state the objects in dispute; if the submission does not fix another delay, the award of the arbitrators must be rendered not later than six months after the arbitrators have been seized of the matter.
