929. The judge requires such proof as he may deem necessary; and if the proof establishes that the insured has been absent for seven years and that the claimant has the right to the proceeds of the insurance, he declares that the insured is presumed dead, orders the insurer to pay the claimant and adjudicates as to cost as he considers just.
