1965 (1st sess.), c. 80, a. 916; 1992, c. 57, s. 411.
916. The inventory must be made in authentic form by a notary chosen by the person who is bound to have it made; if several persons are so bound and they do not agree, the notary is appointed by a judge. However, if seals have been affixed, the inventory is made by the notary designated in the order for removal of seals.
