564. Incidental applications relating to the execution of judgments are made by way of a motion in accordance with articles 78 and 88.
Unless otherwise provided, the special clerk is competent to hear such applications if they are not contested.

564. A writ of execution against immoveable property issued by the Court of Québec is returnable to the office of the Superior Court of the district where the judgment was rendered, and any contestation relating thereto is within the jurisdiction of the latter court, to which the original record must then be sent forthwith.
