653. For the purposes of section 204, every person convicted of an offence under any of sections 142 to 142.3 of the Highway Safety Code (chapter C-24.1) is deemed to have been convicted of an offence contemplated in section 147 for a contravention of the first paragraph of section 127 or an offence under any of sections 148 to 150 of this Act.
