595. The filing of a document attested by the Société which states that the defendant is the owner of the vehicle the registration number of which is indicated on the statement of offence constitutes, failing any evidence to the contrary, proof of such ownership in penal proceedings for an offence under a provision of this Code.

595. The filing of a document containing information transmitted electronically and attested by the Société which states that the defendant is the owner of the vehicle the registration number of which is indicated on the statement of offence constitutes, failing any evidence to the contrary, proof of such ownership in penal proceedings for an offence under a provision of this Code.

595. In proceedings for an offence against this Code, the filing of a document containing any information transmitted electronically by the Société and stating that the prosecuted person is the owner of a vehicle, the registration number of which is given in the information, infraction ticket or summons, is proof of the fact in the absence of any evidence to the contrary.
To be admissible as proof, the document only requires the attestation of the Société to the effect that it was issued by it.

595. In proceedings for an offence against this Code, the filing of a document containing any information transmitted electronically by the Régie and stating that the prosecuted person is the owner of a vehicle, the registration number of which is given in the information, infraction ticket or summons, is proof of the fact in the absence of any evidence to the contrary.
