580. (Repealed).

580. If the fine is not paid within the time prescribed in section 579, a summons is served on the offender, who may plead guilty at any time before appearance by paying to the clerk of the court before which he was summoned to appear, the amount of the fine and the amount of the costs fixed by regulation.
