543.2. The owner of a road vehicle subject to periodic mechanical inspection pursuant to a regulation made under paragraph 29 of section 621 may apply to the Société for certification of his preventive maintenance program to stand in place of mechanical inspection, if the program meets the minimum standards prescribed by regulation.
