519.6. No person shall drive a heavy vehicle which has a major defect that appears on the defect lists applicable to the vehicle.

519.6. No person shall drive a heavy vehicle which has a major defect discovered during a pre-departure inspection.

519.6. Every driver must, in the cases prescribed by regulation, inspect his motor vehicle and record its mechanical condition in the inspection register, in accordance with the standards prescribed by regulation.
