519.54. In the case of an offence under the Transportation of Dangerous Substances Regulation (chapter C-24.2, r. 43), every person who requested or participated in the arranging of the transportation is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of $700 to $2,100.

519.54. This chapter applies to every carrier who is convicted of an offence for which demerit points are prescribed including a carrier deemed to be convicted of such an offence.

519.54. This chapter applies to every carrier who is convicted of an offence for which demerit points are prescribed. A carrier who has committed an offence for which demerit points are prescribed and for which the fine has been paid is deemed to be a person convicted.
