519.23. Where a driver is exempted by regulation from the requirement to maintain a daily log of hours of driving and hours of service, the operator and any person who supplies the services of a driver must maintain a document in which the operator or person must enter all the information required by regulation.

519.23. No carrier may permit a driver to exceed the number of hours of driving or hours of service prescribed by regulation, or in violation of the standards, conditions and procedures prescribed by regulation, or the number of hours of driving or hours of service specified in an authorization granted by the Société under section 519.30.1, or in violation of the standards, conditions and procedures specified in the authorization.
