519.18. The owner of a heavy vehicle that is operated by an operator is responsible for obtaining a copy of the circle-check report.

519.18. The owner of a heavy vehicle that is operated by an operator is responsible for obtaining a copy of the inspection report.

519.18. Where a motor vehicle has a minor defect, the carrier must make the necessary repairs or cause them to be made within 48 hours.
No carrier may put the vehicle back into operation at the expiry of that period unless the repairs have been made.
