639. (Repealed).
R. S. 1964, c. 193, s. 678; 1989, c. 52, s. 122.
639. The execution of any judgment, rendered in any civil action as above mentioned, shall be levied by seizure and sale of the goods and chattels of the defendant.
No writ of execution, shall be issued until the expiration of eight days after the day on which judgment shall have been rendered.
