633. (Repealed).

633. In any suit brought before the Municipal Court for the recovery of any sum of money, proof may be made by legal presumption, by proof in writing, or by testimony.
It shall not be necessary to reduce the testimony to writing.

633. In any suit brought before the Municipal Court for the recovery of any sum of money or the imposition of any fine or penalty, proof may be made by legal presumption, by proof in writing, or by testimony.
