631. (Repealed).
R. S. 1964, c. 193, s. 670; 1974, c. 13, s. 36; 1989, c. 52, s. 122.
631. Returns as to the due service of any writ or document, issued as aforesaid, from the Municipal Court, may also be made by any bailiff; and in all cases so issued from the Municipal Court, any such bailiff shall have exofficio full power and authority to fulfil the duties of a bailiff of the Municipal Court, in the same manner as if specially appointed by the municipal judge for that purpose.
