630. (Repealed).

630. Every bailiff, being bearer of a writ or document contemplated in section 629 which is to be served and is issued by the Municipal Court, shall make a return, under his oath of office, of his proceedings in relation to such writ or document, and such return shall be sufficient proof of such proceedings for all legal purposes.
