615. As soon as possible after their appointment and before entering into office, the clerk and the assistant clerk, shall make oath to well and faithfully perform the duties of their office.
The omission during 30 days from their appointment to take such oath shall constitute a refusal to accept the office.

The omission during thirty days from their appointment to take such oath shall constitute a refusal to accept the office.
