613. (Repealed).

613. The clerk may, with the approval of the municipal judge or, if there are several municipal judges, the senior judge, by an instrument under his hand, to be acknowledged by him before the municipal judge or, if there are several municipal judges, the senior judge and entered in the register of the court, appoint a fit and proper person to be and act as his assistant, and he may remove any person so appointed and appoint another in his stead.
