Section 550
Disposition versions
550. The bonds shall mention:
(1) the name of the municipality issuing;
(2) the by-law under which issued;
(3) the amount for which issued;
(4) the rate of yearly interest;
(5) the time and place of payment of both interest and capital;
(6) the date of issue.
