542.4. The council may, by by-law, adopt a revitalization program for the part of the territory of the municipality that is designated as its “centre” pursuant to a special planning program. It may, on the conditions it determines, order that the municipality grant a subsidy for work consistent with the revitalization program. In no case may the amount of the subsidy exceed the actual cost of the work.

542.4. The council may, by by-law, on the conditions it determines and in that part of its territory that is designated as its “centre” under a special planning program, order that the municipality grant a subsidy for the construction, reconstruction, renovation, conversion, restoration, enlargement, relocation, removal, development, re-development or demolition of any immovable property , or for alterations in the connection of electric power lines and accessories. The amount of the subsidies may in no case exceed the actual cost of the work.
