502. (Repealed).

502. If the municipal council has ordered, by resolution, that the collection of school taxes be made at the same time and in the same manner as municipal taxes, the treasurer shall enter in the general collection roll the amount of such taxes, collect them and remit them forthwith to the secretary-treasurer of schools. In such case actions to recover taxes shall be taken by the municipal corporation.
