467.7.2. (Repealed).

467.7.2. Every draft by-law of a council providing for the establishment of links to any point within the territory of a public body providing public transport or for changes therein shall be sent to the public body and to each local municipality whose territory is comprised in that of the body and is affected by the proposed route, at least 30 days before the date set for the adoption of the by-law.

Every draft by-law of a council providing for the establishment of links to any point within the territory of a public body providing public transport or for changes therein shall be sent to the public body and to each municipality within the territory of the body that is situated on the proposed route, at least 30 days before the date set for the adoption of the by-law.

Every by-law of a council providing for the establishment of links to any point within the territory of a public body providing public transport or for changes therein shall be sent to the body and to each municipality within the territory of the body on the route planned by the council at least 30 days before it is sent to the Minister of Transport in accordance with section 467.7.1.
