465. The fringe benefits accumulated by an officer or employee who is subsequently employed by another municipality which offers such benefits are transferable at the request of such officer or employee.
The fringe benefits contemplated in the preceding paragraph include the benefits accumulated in a pension plan or fund administered by the employer, by the employer and the employees or by a third person on behalf of the municipal officers and employees; they do not include the benefits provided under a pension plan to which the Supplemental Pension Plans Act applies (chapter R-15.1).

465. The funds accumulated in a retirement pension fund established and maintained by a municipality and accumulated to the credit of an officer or employee who is subsequently employed by another municipality which has established such a fund, may be transferred at the request of such officer or employee, on the conditions fixed by the Régie des rentes du Québec. The fringe benefits accumulated to the credit of such officer or employee may also be transferred at his sole request.
The fringe benefits contemplated in the preceding paragraph include those accumulated in a plan or fund administered by the employer, by the employer and the employees or by a third person on behalf of the municipal officers and employees.
A municipal corporation, with the approval of the Régie des rentes du Québec, may make a transferability agreement with any government, body or person having a retirement plan, and with the body that administers the plan, to credit an officer or employee who comes under the retirement plan established by the municipal corporation with all or part of the years of service credited under the retirement plan to which the officer or employee was contributing.
Such an agreement may provide for the case of an officer or employee who is subsequently employed by a government, body or person having a retirement plan.
