458.34. Every application under section 458.33 must, before being filed with the council, be approved by the members of the association at a general meeting specially convened for that purpose.

458.34. The application is filed with the council, which shall order a consultation of the members who have paid the exigible part of their assessment, if any, in accordance with the modalities that the council may establish by by-law. The modalities must be consistent with those provided in sections 458.4 to 458.13.
