ŠOath or Affirmation of ElectorŠŠ I swear (or solemnly affirm) that my name is (state name) andŠthat I am the person designated (or who is intended to beŠdesignated) by the name entered as follows (name of elector asŠentered on list) on the electoral list for the pollingŠsubdivision (designate subdivision), that I was of full age onŠthe date of publication of the notice of election, that I was aŠCanadian citizen on such date and that I still am, that I haveŠbeen domiciled in the municipality for at least twelve monthsŠbefore such date or (in the case of a person not domiciled inŠthe municipality), that I was entered on the valuation roll inŠforce as (owner of an immovable, or tenant of a store,Šcounting-house, shop, office or place of business) in theŠmunicipality for at least twelve months before such date, that IŠhave not yet voted today at this election, that no promise hasŠbeen made to me or to my consort or to any of my relations orŠfriends, or to any one else, to induce me to vote or not to voteŠat this election, that I have not received anything for myself,Šfor my consort, for a member of my family or in any other mannerŠto induce me to vote at this election, or in connection with myŠvote at this election, that I am not acting, have not acted andŠdo not intend to act in the interest of any candidate at thisŠelection, as agent or otherwise, with the view of obtainingŠanything and thereby being influenced as to my vote, that I haveŠnot been guilty of or participated in any corrupt practice whichŠdisqualifies me from voting at this election.ŠŠ ................................Š ElectorŠ
