246. (Repealed).
R. S. 1964, c. 290, s. 263; 1988, c. 57, s. 86.
246. One-half of such penalty shall belong to Her Majesty for the public uses of Québec, and the other half to the informer, unless he be an officer or servant of, or person in the employ of the company, in which case he shall be a competent witness, and the whole fine shall belong to Her Majesty for the uses aforesaid.
