208. Every railway company shall, within one month after the 1st of January and the 1st of July in each year, render to the Commission des transports, under the oath of the president, secretary or superintendent of the company, a true and particular return of all accidents and casualties (whether to persons or property) which have occurred on the railway of the company during the half year next preceding each of the said periods, setting forth:
(1)  The cause and nature of such accidents;
(2)  The points at which they occurred, and whether by night or by day;
(3)  The full extent thereof, and all the particulars of the same.
The company shall also, at the same time, return a true copy of its existing by-laws and of the rules and regulations for the management of the company and of its railway.
