207. All orders of the Commission des transports shall be considered as having been made known to the railway company, if a notice thereof signed by the president and countersigned by the secretary of the Commission, be delivered to the president, vice-president, managing director, secretary or superintendent of the company, or at the office of the company.
The orders of the inspecting engineer shall be deemed to be made known to the railway company, by a notice thereof, signed by the engineer and delivered as above mentioned.
