180. (Repealed).
R. S. 1964, c. 290, s. 197; 1988, c. 57, s. 86.
180. If the amount claimed to be due by the laborers and workmen from the contractors or sub-contractors is disputed or denied by the latter, and notice thereof is given to the company, it shall withhold payment until the dispute is decided by the courts; and the company shall thereupon pay over to the laborers and workmen the amount declared by the judgment to be payable to them.
