Disposition versions
5. The affairs of the library shall be administered by a board of directors composed of nine members appointed by the Government, including a chairman and a vice-chairman.
Five of the members, other than the chairman, shall be appointed after consultation with other libraries and with publishers, associations of writers and universities and from among those members, one member who shall be a librarian.
